Our Tax Organizer will assist you in collecting and reporting information necessary for us to prepare your income tax returns.  If you are an existing client, you should have recently received your tax organizer by way of your SmartVault portal, or by regular mail.

Please send us your tax information as soon as possible either by mail, fax or via your SmartVault account.  We must be in receipt of all your tax information by March 1st.  We also must be in possession of your signed Tax Engagement Letter and the filled-out Tax Questionnaire before any work commences.  Engagement letters and important documents listed below are available for download by clicking on the links below.
